What do you do with my data?
What you enter remains yours. You can download everything we have from you in one go at any time — you'll find this under Settings in your account, and you'll receive a zip file with your data. You can also delete it, and then it's really gone. The privacy statement describes what we store for each type of data and how long we keep it.
Do I need an account to get started?
No. You can use the free check without an account and without an email address; the result appears on screen immediately and gets its own address that you can save. You only need an account if you want to keep your answers and be kept in the loop.
Can I cancel on a monthly basis?
Yes. There is no notice period and no minimum contract term. Everything you've built up so far can be taken with you when you cancel via the same download.
Is this advice?
No. We explain what applies and what is expected of you, including where to find it. An assessment of your own situation is not — for that you should engage an adviser or contact the authority responsible.
