Does the regulation that this platform is about also apply to my business?
It likely affects you as soon as you use packaging — even if you only purchase that packaging and do not manufacture it yourself. What applies then depends on what you use it for. The quick scan provides an indication of this in five questions.
Is the content written by AI?
Yes, based on official sources, with technical review afterwards and human approval before publication. This is also stated under each article. We believe you should know this — it is exactly the transparency that the regulation itself demands of others.
What does it cost and what do I get for free?
The summary, the risk indication and all source references are free to read. The in-depth content, country-specific information, templates and alerts for changes are included in the subscription.
How do I know the information is current?
Under each article it states when it was last checked. We monitor the sources weekly; changes are incorporated as updates and subscribers are notified.
In which languages is the site available?
Dutch and English. The regulation applies throughout the EU, so the content is EU-wide; the country-specific sections begin with the Netherlands.
What do you do with my data?
Record as little as possible, and what we record you get back. Via Settings → Download all your data you can export everything we have about you as a ZIP file with one click. You can also delete it yourself. See the privacy statement for details.
